Dear comrades, we have reached the end of a 3 years journey.   I would like to write this letter to thank you for this beautiful 3 years that we always spent with a smile on our faces despite all the unexpected… At the beginning of the sixth grade we weren’t very close and couldn’t miss the usal small groups.  Over the time we have learned to know each other and we realized the class that we could become in the future, so we managed to make this beautiful group, with wonderful people like you who don’t easy forget. we have discussed many times but we have always been successful in these small discussions, becoming more and more united.   On September everyone will takes his own way but this doesn’t mean that we will forget these wonderful this 3 years and the friendships that we have formed in this short time.

I would also like to thank the professors too having supported us but above all endure in these 3 years.

Therefore it is believed that she has competed under the effects of amphetamines… However Simone Biles in the doping tests brings the certificates where the federation authorizes her to take there substances due her problems, in fact after that she says that she is suffering from an attention deficit disorder syndrome.

I think that it is stupid to waste such an opportunity by taking such substance because at least for me it is already a goal to arrive at this competitions independently of the final results

The cyberbullying is a form of bulling that was born when was born the phone and the social network as facebook, instagram and whatsapp… I think that the phone and other instrument are useful but if we use them in a careful way.There are some story of this topic that we listen on tv and often led to the death of many people.

I think that there cases where person is able to react to insult and is able to go on and leaving behind what happened in the past. One of them is Natalie Hampton that is a girl that was victim of bullying , people excluted her and made fun o her due her physical aspect so they excluted her in the moment of lunch; But with her strength she go on and created the app “sit with” that is an app against bullying and cyber bullying.

But there are cases where person can’t overcome what happened in the past and many of them have committed suicide as Carolina Picchio that she committed suicide for the insult of her “Friends”. I think that is more weaker who performs the act of bullying that who soffers him.

Last week me and my class went to the ESA that it means is: European Space Agency. ESA deals with the european space programs and check the earth, the solar system and the universe.

When we arrived they gave us the ESA shirt, hat and the passaport that they stamped after all activities .During the day we have participated many activities as: to find an asteroid in the map , to build a central in the moon ,to build a Vega that is a rocket divided in 4 part, so in the activities they divided us in 4 groups each groups build a different part of Vega and then we assembled the parts . In the afternoon after the activities they launched some rocket one of plastic and one real rocket that didn’t start at the first attempt.

I think that was a funny and educational day and that it was a beautiful experience that not everyone can live.

Dear diary, today I want to tell you about my dreams .I have much dreams but since I was a child the biggest of them was to become a gymnast and participate in the Olympic games. One of the gymnasts that I have always followed is Vanessa Ferrari that ,after all her injuries she didn’t stop her carrier and she wants to come back to race in the world competitions.

I think that is very important follow our dream and set some goals, and don’t stop in front of the obstacles. In the future I would like to become a Physiotherapist and always work in sports and become the federal technician of italian artistic gymnastic. I always like to teach gymnastics that is the sport that has accompanied for all these years. I would like open a Gym to transmit the emotions that this sport offers.

I like very much the mean of these sentences because teach that all is possible if we really want it. Every day, during my training, this sentence help me to overcame my fears and to reach important goals.
